The BHL
Wellness Network is a network of health
care providers
across the Caribbean who are committed to the promotion
of higher
standards of health and well being through services that emphasize increased personal responsibility
in a holistic perspective.
The Network includes physicians, physiotherapists, nutritionists, occupational
therapists, and those of any related field who choose to join.
Within the network are many groups,
some of which are private
(membership by invitation only) and some public.
You will be able to browse the
members profiles and
make contact should you wish to receive a service.

If you are a health care provider, you may wish to join an existing group
of your colleagues, or form a new group which you can then
invite your
colleagues to join.
For those who are proposing to visit a medical practitioner, it would be a
good idea to print and fill out this
Pre-visit questionnaire
to take with you.
Here also is a Medical Examination Report that you can
print and ask the doctor to fill out. After your visit,
you can return to this
site, fill in the details that the doctor has recorded and store it in your
private blog on your Personal Page.
