If your total is under 100:

If your total is 100-149:    
  Your risk of breast cancer is moderately high. You should carefully examine your breast for lumps once a month, and if over 45, have a mammogram every year. Also, get your weight down if overweight; keep fit and eat a low-fat diet with lots of fruit and vegetables.
       
If your total is 150 or higher:    
  Your risk of breast cancer is high. You should carefully examine your breast for lumps once a month, and if over 40, have a mammogram every year. Have a gynaecological examination every year. Also, get your weight down if overweight; keep fit and eat a low-fat diet with lots of fruit and vegetables.
       
If your total is 200 or higher:    
  Your risk of breast cancer is very high. You should carefully examine your breast for lumps once a month, and if over 40, have a mammogram every year. Have a gynaecological examination every six months. Also, get your weight down if overweight; keep fit and eat a low-fat diet with lots of fruit and vegetables.
