Your family health history - "hereditary" does not mean you will get it, but it does mean you are at increased risk.

Your personal health history - where you are coming from is a pretty good indication of where you are going - but it is never too late to
change your habits and improve your health.

 

        Your Physical Condition:

exercise habits - you have to exercise, in one way or another. Without it you lose 1-2% of your muscles every year. Multiply that by 30 yrs ....

physical strength - it is your muscles that carry you; that burn up sugar in the blood, and give you energy

flexibility - of particular importance in the later years of life

waist/hip ratio - an indication of your risk of diabetes, heart disease, cancer

body/mass index - your weight relative to your height (not as important as your body fat percent)

body composition (body fat percent) - you are supposed to be at least 75% muscle

aerobic capacity - this is your body's ability to burn oxygen, and oxygen is the stuff of life.
